Singeing (Twin Systems)

The journey to perfection begins here. We operate **two high-performance singeing machines** to burn off any protruding surface fibers from the raw fabric. This critical first step creates a perfectly clean, smooth canvas, preventing pilling and ensuring maximum clarity and uniformity in all subsequent dyeing and printing processes.

Mercerising (Advanced Configuration)

Our mercerising process is a testament to our investment in superior quality. The range features an advanced configuration of **four drying rolls, four dedicated NaOH (caustic soda) tanks, and five washing tanks**. This extensive setup provides exceptional process control, enhancing the fabric's luster, tensile strength, and dye affinity to a level that standard machines cannot match.

Cold Pad Batch (CPB) Dyeing

As part of our commitment to sustainability, our newly installed CPB dyeing system represents the future of eco-friendly processing. This method drastically reduces water, salt, and energy consumption, resulting in a superior quality fabric with exceptional color brilliance and a softer handle, all while minimizing environmental impact.

Fleet of Jigger and Jumbo Jigger Dyeing Machines

Jigger & Jumbo Jigger Fleet

Our dyeing capacity is built for scale and precision. The factory floor houses a massive fleet of **20 Jiggers and 15 Jumbo Jiggers**. This impressive capacity allows us to handle high-volume orders for woven fabrics with unparalleled lot-to-lot consistency and perfect color matching, making us a reliable partner for the most demanding clients.

U-Type Jet Dyeing Machines

For synthetic fabrics like polyester, precision is key. We operate **five U-Type Jet Dyeing machines**, which are engineered to operate at high temperatures and pressures. This technology ensures deep and uniform penetration of disperse dyes into tightly-woven synthetic fibers, resulting in excellent color yield and superior fastness properties.

Softflow Machines

Delicate fabrics require a gentle touch. Our **three Softflow machines** are dedicated to processing texture-sensitive materials like viscose, modals, and fine knits. The fabric is transported in a tensionless rope form by a gentle stream of dye liquor, preserving its natural handle, bulk, and drape without any mechanical stress.

Vertical Drying Range

Gentle and efficient drying is crucial to maintaining fabric quality post-dyeing. Our vertical drying range, equipped with **16 large drums**, ensures that fabric is dried uniformly and without tension or distortion, perfectly preparing it for the final finishing stages.

Stenter Machines (Dual 6-Chamber)

The stenter is the workhorse of any finishing department, and we operate **two high-capacity, 6-chamber stenter machines**. This dual setup provides us with immense throughput and precise control over the fabric's final width, dimensional stability, and the application of softeners and other performance finishes.

Calendaring Machines (Dual Roll Systems)

To achieve the perfect luster and smoothness, we offer versatile calendaring solutions. Our facility houses two distinct machines—**one with 5 rolls for high-pressure glazing and another with 3 rolls for more subtle finishes**—giving us the flexibility to meet any client specification for fabric hand-feel and appearance.

"Zero-Zero" Sanforizing Machine

We guarantee dimensional stability with our **"Zero-Zero" Sanforizing Machine**. This compressive shrinkage process ensures that the fabric's residual shrinkage is under 1%, meeting the most stringent international standards and ensuring the final garment will not shrink after washing—a critical mark of quality.

The Lafer Peaching Machine

To create a world-class, velvety soft finish, we invested in the best. Our **imported peaching machine from Lafer (Italy)** is truly the "cherry of our factory." Decatising Machine
