Cold Pad Batch (CPB) Dyeing

As part of our commitment to sustainability, our newly installed CPB dyeing system represents the future of eco-friendly processing. This highly efficient process involves padding the fabric with a cold, concentrated reactive dye liquor and allowing fixation to occur slowly over several hours in a controlled, low-energy environment. This method drastically reduces water, salt, and energy consumption compared to high-temperature alternatives. The result is a superior quality fabric with exceptional color brilliance, superior levelness, and a softer handle, making it ideal for sensitive shades and delicate cellulosic materials.

WOVEN FABRIC SPECIALISTS

Jigger & Jumbo Jigger Dyeing

Jiggers are the workhorses of our facility, providing unparalleled results for dyeing woven fabrics in open-width form. This method, which passes the fabric back and forth through a stationary dye bath, ensures absolute tension control, making it perfect for heavy and tightly woven substrates that are susceptible to crease marks in other systems. Our jumbo jiggers are capable of handling larger batches of up to 1000 meters, increasing efficiency and ensuring unparalleled lot-to-lot consistency for high-volume orders without compromising the level, even dyeing quality our clients expect.

DELICATE & KNITTED FABRICS

Softflow Dyeing

For delicate, knitted, and texture-sensitive fabrics, our Softflow machines provide the gentlest touch. The fabric is transported in a relaxed, tensionless rope form by a gentle stream of dye liquor. This avoids the mechanical stress, pressure, and friction that could damage the fabric's structure or surface. This process is ideal for preserving the natural hand-feel, bulk, and drape of the material, making it perfect for high-value textiles like viscose, modals, and fine knits.

SYNTHETIC FABRIC EXPERTS

U-Type Jet Dyeing

Our high-pressure, high-temperature U-Type Jet Dyeing machines are engineered specifically for synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon, and their blends. The powerful jet of dye liquor propels the fabric at high speed, ensuring rapid and complete penetration of disperse dyes into tightly-woven synthetic fibers. This technology operates at temperatures up to 135°C to achieve excellent color yield and superior fastness properties, all within a highly efficient, shorter dyeing cycle.
